Tony Mahfoud was born in 1962 in Caracas, Venezuela, to Lebanese parents. He grew up primarily in Lebanon where he attended high school at The College MONT LA SALLE. In 1982, he moved to the United States where he attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Tony has lived, worked, and been active in Jacksonville since 1987. He started his career at Reynolds, Smith & Hills and left to join the firm of Eisman & Russo, Inc. in 1991. He has risen through the ranks to achieve his current position of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Tony is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of Florida and Georgia. His business education includes the completion of Managing A. E. Firms at Harvard University. He was President of the American-Lebanese Club in 1999 and 2000. He currently sits on the Board of the local chapter of the American society of Highway Engineers and is director of Ave D, International for the San Jose Rotary Club. Tony is a registered Republican and is actively involved in local elections. He is also a member of Leadership Jacksonville and attends meetings on a monthly basis.

Tony is married to Catherine and they have two children, Michelle (3 years) and Joseph (10 months).
